Hayes Lemmerz Jantaş and Hayes Lemmerz İnci are under strict auditing by Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) due to their 60% affiliation with Hayes Lemmerz Inc. which is quoted on the USA stock exchange. Last year, due to theır large assets, only Hayes Lemmerz Jantaş from the İnci Group was subject to SOX controls. In spite of the fact that it is stıll a new internal control system, the procedures, work development schemes and the main control points were completed in a short period of time and were adapted throughout the company ; necessary corrective actions were carried out especially in information technology and the SOX audit was successfully completed. The company has collaborated with Price Waterhouse Coopers for counselling and with KPMG for auditıng and is continuing their collaboration with those companies; this year's preliminary audits were successfully completed.
